Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days, without providing any justification, as long as the student has not yet begun their studies (either in class or via Zoom). Refunds will not be issued once the student has commenced their studies. The refund request must be submitted in writing by the school representative, including the student’s details.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date of Payment Submission or from when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.

We will process your reimbursement within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, and no fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.

For Goods to qualify for a refund, please ensure that:

Non-Refundable Items:

• Goods supplied by Alien-Science Association of Astronomy Org.il that have been customized or explicitly personalized.
